L'Afrik Pop Up Tour - Nasvhille, TN
Posted 7/8/2018
After slaying the runway both days, I caught up with the designers and coordinators behind the L'Afrik Pop Up Tour on their first tour stop in Nashville, TN. The pop up tour features 2 Saturday fashion shows and a Sunday fashion show along with a head wrap tutorial on both days. This pop up also featured the cities hottest models and music by @djafrodeshiak. Being a model for the fashion shows, I received exclusive handling of the designs by Besida, Mae Otti, and Nuraniya Tribal. They were flawless to say the least! I was thoroughly impressed with the high quality material and construction, and with the pieces being such a perfect fit to my curvy body.
I'm so proud of all of these women. They show that if you're persistent you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. If you didn't catch them this weekend at the Essence Festival, their next stop is in Oakland, CA. Click here for more details and to RSVP.
